I produce hand-drawn, coloured pencil portraits of pets and other animals using your photographs.

I currently use Strathmore's Toned Tan and Bristol Vellum Paper, and a mixture of Derwent, Koh-i-noor Polycolour and Faber-Castell Polychromos artists pencils.

Deposit:
In order to start your commission, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required before work commences - this will be deducted from the total cost when final payment is due on completion of the commission.

Photographs:
It is very important to supply me with good quality photographs - and remember that, to a certain extent, the quality of your portrait will depend on the quality of the photographs you supply. The head should fill the frame and be the main focus of the image. Make sure the photographs are taken at their level, in-focus and with good lighting.

Feel free to send me a selection of photographs - they will help with capturing all the details.

If the portrait is a gift or the pet has passed away, send through the photos you have available and I will discuss them with you.
